Starting with an idea and a space to build

The process starts by taking a floor plan, one that we have one that you have, or a combination of one or several where modifications are made. While this is being developed, a site visit is needed to understand lot restrictions and parameters

As the planning process continues, more customization and modifications are made.  Often the original floor plan is modified several times  

Creating the rendering by adding elevation and floor plans showing the project as a whole

 Once the layouts are satisfactory, a rendering is made and the construction process begins
